OR Vibro-IC Elastic Soundproofing Washer, is a component manufactured from high quality rubber. It is designed to isolates mechanical fasteners (eg connection with screws) from the transfer of noise and vibration to the rest of the structure. The main function of the Vibro-IC Elastic Sound Insulation Washer is to prevent direct contact between the screw/string and the supporting materials, thus reducing unwanted sound bridging and enhancing sound isolation in conditions where rigid connections transmit noise & the vibration.

The washer consists of a durable rubber part with specially designed neck, which allows it to adapt to a range of screw sizes, with central holes Φ8mm and Φ20mm. To ensure even distribution of fastening forces, a zinc-plated metal washer is included, facilitating installation and reducing the possibility of uneven force distribution. This combination of rubber and metal ensures reliable shock isolation while maintaining structural integrity.

The design of the Vibro-IC emphasizes the resilience, her performance and her ease of installation. It is suitable for vibration isolation both indoors and outdoors. The rubber part is made from a mixture of natural rubber polymers (NR) and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), giving it exceptional durability and endurance over time.

The holes in the metal mounting element must be larger (Φ12 and Φ26mm respectively) to accommodate the elastic neck.
