The Vibro-UCB.mini is an anti-vibration suspension used in a variety of wall and ceiling applications, where structural support combined with cushioning is required. This includes anti-vibration support of walls with great height, suspension of floating ceilings and suspension of devices with rotary movement.

These supports are used to reduce lateral vibrations and increase the soundproofing capacity of a structural element.

DESCRIPTION

• Metal bracket:

Galvanized steel sheet 3mm (YOUR ONE 10111/10051 and DIN 50961).
Hole Phi14 mm at the top
M6 internal thread on the bottom.
Auxiliary side holes for easy – alternative fixing.

• Anti-vibration:

Notes:
– The rod (string) suspension anchor point must be vertical.
– The shock can be installed and pre-compressed by tightening the nut and washer at the top of the bracket.
– Passage of the cable through the tire prevents the suspended machine from falling in case of damage or destruction of the rubber support.
– Because of its innovative design, the Vibro-mini has a large deflection with the applied load ,which means better results in reducing vibrations.
– It is recommended to use safety nuts at the bottom of the cable.
