Description
The metal casing of the Vibro CH.F polymorphic anti-vibration suspension is made of galvanized sheet steel suitably shaped. All diagrams for its mechanical behavior are available, which have resulted from measurements at the University of Dresden and are accompanied by the corresponding certificates.
The metal casing of the Vibro CH.F has notches in appropriate positions so that easily with the pressure of one hand it can be transformed into any of the forms (1), (2), (3), (4). In this way it can help the technician to use it in any form he wishes.
- The form (1) is screwed laterally to the false ceiling suspension profile.
- The form (2) fixed with two expansion plugs to the ceiling.
- The form (3) fixed with a plug on the ceiling.
- The form (4) hung with a hook or other suitable means.

The elastic material used is high-tech semi-closed-cell expanded polyurethane with the trade name Regufoam®. All diagrams and certificates for its mechanical behavior are available.
Supplied with a single layer of rubber (12 mm) for reduced cost or double layer (25 mm) for better shock absorption.
New: Also available with extra tire thickness (37 mm) and (50 mm) rubber layer for even lower natural frequency. The lower the natural frequency, the better the vibration damping.
