The Vibration–Profi is an anti-vibration bearing consisting of recycled rubber with a mixture of polyurethane resin. One of its surfaces has a wavy profile, while the other is flat. This configuration due to its progressive loading offers high damping protection over a wide range of loads and natural frequencies.

It is an environmentally friendly product as it is produced against 100 % from recycled tire and can be recycled again after its use.

Its excellent depreciation and long service life, even in outdoor conditions, make Vibro-Prof a very good techno-economic choice.

The Vibration–Profi can be used in many anti-vibration applications such as under vibrating machinery, metal structures, floating floor slab,etc. Typical applications in H/Z, Air conditioning coolers, boilers, air conditioning units, ventilators etc.

The product is available in strips (100 mm wide, 1,5 m length) and can easily be cut into individual soles of 125 x 100 mm due to the appropriate notches present along the strip per 12,5 cm.

The Vibro-Profi in strips can be placed around the perimeter of floating concrete floors to avoid sound bridges. It is placed under the sleepers of plaster partitions to create floating walls. It has various ways of installation depending on the required cushioning, e.g. in a single layer or in doubles, triple overlapping layers.
