Vibro-JU anti-vibration raised base is an advanced vibration damping system for use on floating floors (lifting) of reinforced concrete. Vibro-JU consists of layers of special semi-closed cell polyurethane foam Regufoam suitable for shock absorption.

They are equipped with an ergonomically designed system to raise the entire floating floor by means of a nut that can be rotated by an auxiliary mechanism delivered together with the shock absorbers. It has suitable side slots for holding the metal reinforcement before pouring the concrete.

It is very easy to install and does not require a permanent formwork, and allows the height of the floating floor to be adjusted. At the same time, it creates a beneficial air gap that contributes to the overall sound insulation of the floating floor.

Vibro-JU is available in three different hardnesses of anti-vibration material to adapt to the requirements of each application. In addition, the anti-vibration material is available in different thicknesses to achieve the desired natural frequency.
