Vibration BL.mini: Elastic anti-vibration plasterboard supports
The Vibro-BL.mini is an anti-vibration wall support used for sound insulation of floating drywall walls (plasterboard).
The L-shaped metal frame has various holes for easier placement depending on the application. Its main anti-vibration element is the tire Vibro-mini, which absorbs both the compressive and tensile forces that occur when joining two building elements of this type.
In terms of design, it has also been taken into account that the retaining screw does not come into contact with the metal post of the plaster partition, so that no sound bridge is created.
Vibro-BL.mini anti-vibration wall supports are used to provide additional structural rigidity on long and high plasterboard walls, which are mounted on anti-vibration supports or based on floating floors. The supports prevent any direct connection between the double independent structural elements and increase their stiffness. also reinforce the support of the double walls during earthquakes. Vibro-BL.mini anti-vibration wall supports are selected with an important criterion when applying a secondary independent plaster partition to ensure improved sound insulation performance and avoidance of stereo transmission of noise from one room to the adjacent one. On the contrary, if rigid connections were used, they would cause unwanted audio bridges.
The anti-vibration wall brackets Vibro-BL.mini, they can still be placed easily to a pre-existing one brick wall and bolted to a wooden or metal frame. This is easily achieved using a plastic expansion plug and screw (not included in the package).
