The use of Vibro-EM.3 is recommended where it is necessary to hold – tie the vibrating machine with the anti-vibration bearing and the bearing base.

All metal parts are covered with rubber and thus effectively protected from oxidation.

Vibro-EM.3 and Vibro-EM.2 anti-vibration mounts are often used in anti-vibration bearing applications in generators and heat pumps.

Using them anti-vibration mounts Vibro-EM.3 and Vibro-EM.2 is achieved shock absorption while not reducing stability of each machine as it is possible to add both to the unit and to the base under the anti-vibration base.

Vibro-EM.3 ANTI-VIBRATION ELASTIC BASES (Type 3) Description Vibro EM.3 is a product of specialized research and is produced from excellent quality elastomers with the addition of special substances to improve its properties. All its metal parts are covered with rubber and thus effectively protected from oxidation. Its upper and lower base have specially designed ridges to increase friction (reduction of surface slip). It has an M-12 threaded screw on the top to accept the clamping nut. Its lower base has two holes Φ8 mm for passing screws or M.-8 grommets. Applications

Vibro EM.3 rubber anti-vibration mounts can be used as mounts: Air compressors, Fans, Ventilators, Air conditioners, Generators, Pumps, Cutting machines, Elevators, Typographic machines, and generally where retention is required – tying the lower part of the shock absorber to the bearing base.
