Anti-vibration spring mounts with multi-faceted retention

APPLICATIONS
The shock absorbers Vibro-SMR are anti-vibration spring mounts with multi-faceted retention with the possibility of adjusting their height. They can be used to deal with low frequency vibrations (rotation speed ~400 rpm) offering simultaneous horizontal and vertical restraint and parallel protection from earthquakes or strong wind pressures. Typical applications in air compressors, two-stroke internal combustion engines, coolers, air conditioning units, etc.

DESCRIPTION

The shell of the Vibro-SMR is made of steel, not cast iron(less impact resistance). It is protected with a special polyester paint (hot dip galvanizing optional). Its innovative design has achieved the minimization of electrowelding.

The springs are of special quality and processing and meet the relevant ISO EN specifications 10270. The springs are marked with a different color according to the maximum load they can accept.

It has a special system for adjusting the height of the bearing installed, so as to align the machine after application. The two horizontal shafts that hold the spring in the vertical and horizontal movements are covered with rubber to avoid sound bridges. The elastic profile of its base reduces the transmission of noise and increases the sound isolation capacity at high frequencies, which could be transmitted through its springs and metal structure (is optionally included).

The Vibro-SMR spring shock absorbers due to their ingenious design they offer parallel earthquake protection but also versatile containment from strong wind pressures, reducing the transmission of vibrations to the rest of the supporting parts.
