The copper pipes of refrigeration applications TALOS® ACR are irreplaceable thanks to the unique properties of high purity copper:

Construction material

Copper deoxidized with phosphorus (DHP-Cu) with minimal copper content 99,9% and P = 0,015% – 0,040%.

Packaging

Straight lengths (Straight lengths), in parcels (the hard hakotubes). Straight pipes can be delivered in a soft state, packed in wooden boxes to order. Clock (pancakes), in heat-shrink plastic "individual" packaging, and depending on market requirements, placed in cartons and pallets.

Cooling & air conditioning

ACR TALOS copper pipes® for refrigeration units are available in the following formats:

Turns (LUCK)

ACR TALOS copper pipes® available in rotors (LUCK) with or without "umbilical" support (of hard cardboard). The sides of the rotors can be delivered laterally protected with “flanges” made of reinforced corrugated cardboard.

Spindles with "central" unwinding (CD coils)

The "central" unwinding rotors are specially prepared, so that their unfolding starts from the umbilical area. They provide great advantages to the user, such as a significant reduction in packaging materials, unrolling "on the pallet", possibility of delivering more weight per impeller and consequently a longer unit length of pipe. They do not require special unwinding equipment, have lower management costs (handling) reduce the operating cycle of the machines and improve their performance.
