METHODS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT

1. Με Μετρητά στο κατάστημα

Για όλες τις παραγγελίες, regardless of value and number or volume of products, you can choose to pay the full value of the order (as well as the other agreed charges and
charges, if you wish to send to a specific place or date) with cash, payable to the cashier of the store.

2. By credit or debit card in store

If you have a credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard) you can safely use it to pay for the order inside the store using a POS type machine. The credit card payment process is covered by the latest security standards with encryption 128 bit – the largest available today – certified by both partner banks and an international card security certification body, as defined by the European regulations and the applicable Greek legislation.

3. Via direct deposit to a bank account

You can deposit the money for your orders to one of our accounts, at the following banks:

After depositing money please contact the accounting department by sending an email to let them know that the deposit has been made to logistirio@esoldatos.gr and if possible send a scanned copy of the deposit or a photo of the deposit slip to confirm the order. Alternatively, it is possible to complete the same process easily
and just in a few minutes by phone: at 210-3461963, 210-3427020, 210-3459269, or by fax at : 210-3427021. In the sequel, since, you have successfully faxed the copy, you should also keep the proof of sending the document.

Upon receipt of the order, you must have an identification document with you (identity, passport, diploma, etc), the copy of the deposit and the particulars (professional or corporate) with
which the order was made.

4. Via electronic transfer to a bank account (web banking)

You can deposit the money for your orders into one of our accounts, without waiting in branch cashier queues, via direct bank transfer
account with electronic transaction (web banking). You can transfer the total value of your order to one of our accounts, at the following banks:

In this case, you should be aware that there may be charges or shipping costs, depending on the bank. In case you choose the deposit via electronic banking transaction (web banking) from another bank other than the above cooperating with our company, the bank may charge you bank charges for the transaction, and there will be a slight delay in the transaction. Usually, however, transfers to accounts of the same bank do not
have costs or other charges.

5. By cash on delivery

If you do not have a VISA or MasterCard credit/debit card and do not have time to go to the store for direct cash payment, then you have the possibility to choose the traditional one
cash on delivery method. In this case, the products come through our company guides (within the prefecture of Attica) or selected courier companies to your office or workplace and you pay the price at the time of receiving the order.

However, choosing this method requires sending the order by fax or confirming it by phone, at least two (2) business days earlier than the desired delivery date.
