TALOS copper pipes ACR ECUTHERM™2 are produced in pairs, firmly connected along their entire length, and are standardized in 8 combinations of dimensions that adequately cover the common wiring requirements of refrigeration-air conditioning devices. ACR TALOS ECUTHERM™2 copper tube pairs are a single unit that is easy and quick to install, ensuring a professional result.

Certified quality

TALOS factory insulated copper pipes ACR ECUTHERM™2 are certified by the German quality organization RWTUV in,regarding the tests and production controls carried out. Also TALOS copper pipes ACR ECUTHERM 2™ have been certified by the official Spanish Standardization Organization AENOR. The quality and reliability of these products is ensured by the implementation of a Quality System according to the ISO standard 9001: 2000, which is certified by TÜV Hellas.

Also suitable for the new ecological refrigerants

According to the Harmonized European Specification EN 12735 -1, but also the modern requirements of the market, which are formed by the use of the new ecological refrigerants of the HFC type (e.g. R-410A, R-32) and HFO (e.g. R-1234yf, R-1234ze) already adopted by the largest manufacturers of refrigeration and air conditioning units, both in Greece, as well as internationally, the TALOS copper pipes ACR ECUTHERM™2 follow the below specification:

  • For 1/4” to 1/2” outside diameter the wall thickness is standardized to 0,80 mm
  • For 5/8” to 3/4” outside diameter the wall thickness is standardized to 1,00 mm

Copper pipe construction material

Copper deoxidized with phosphorus (DHP-Cu) with minimal copper content 99,9% and P = 0,015% – 0,040%.
