The Easy bend internal plastic copper pipe bender allows safe and quick bending of pre-insulated copper pipes "without kinking" and without removing the insulation.
Ideal during the construction of air conditioning and cooling systems.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Insert the Easy bend teflon hose of the correct diameter into the copper pipe as far as you require to make the bend at the desired point .
2. Bend the tube until we reach the desired angle on the copper tube with our hands , without fear of the copper tube breaking , since the teflon that enters the tube prevents it from creasing .
3. We remove the Easy bend teflon hose from the copper pipe with slight pressure on the bend to the reverse side to free the passage and allow the teflon hose to come out easily.
4. You can reuse the Easy bend hose , if it is clean ,without obvious alteration. In case it has been scratched and there are burrs on the copper pipe , we can smooth the pipe.
5. No more kinks and damage when bending copper pipes with your hands.

ATTENTION we do not make multiple bends with the teflon bender hose, but one curve at a time and then we pull the teflon tube , until the next point where we need to make a curve within the same line ,otherwise since we have finished our work, remove and collect the teflon hose.

The EASY BEND indoor benders came to give an important help to the technician during the installation of the air conditioners and especially during the installation of the indoor part of the split air conditioner (split type ), which require bending to the reverse side of the copper pipes as they come from the outlet of the indoor air conditioners.

We do not cut the Teflon hose , because the length of three meters which is each diameter , calculated to cover the average length of a split air conditioner installation (split type).
