Vibro tile anti -vibrant tire tile

The Vibro-tray is a multipurpose anti -vibration tile made by special composition tire. Its innovative design was carried out by the Department of Technological Development of the Company with the ability to cover large area of ​​charging, but also ease in the application. At the same time, due to its special configuration, can provide a large yield in relation to the applied load. Thus it achieves a large percentage of vibration and vibration reduction (until 85%).

Aiming at possibility & flexibility in choosing the required quantity, the product is available in 200x200mm tension plates. These include 16 basic tiles. These anti-vibration tiles can to be cut very easily into pieces depending on the specific needs of the application.

They have specially shaped conical sockets, where M6 through screws can easily be adapted, M8 and M10, which attach it to the machine. At the same time, there are suitable conical sockets for fixing the shock absorber to the floor (when required) through suitable plugs.

Its original design prevents the creation of sound bridges even when through screws are used to secure the anti-vibration plate Vibro TiLe. For an even greater reduction of vibrations it can be used in multiple layers with the interposition of a suitable steel plate for a smoother distribution of the load.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Vibro-Tile anti-vibration tiles are suitable for use under compactors, HVAC units, pumps, fans, AHU, heat pumps, generators, transformers, presses etc.

APPLICATION
In most applications Vibro-Tile can remain stable, due to the increased friction it has (circular rings at its base). For applications where mechanical fastening is required, there are specially designed pre-drilled holes to accommodate M6 to M10 screws for fixing to the machine and/or to the floor. These holes are designed in such a way that they do not affect the performance of the shock absorber.

Note: Prefer that the base of the machine covers the entire surface of the tire. Otherwise, reduce the applied load.
