The Vibro-EP rubber anti-vibration bearing is an anti-vibration bearing, product of specialized in-depth research. Produced in this form by 1989, from excellent quality elastomers with the addition of special substances to improve its properties.

Applications

Vibro-EP can be used for shock absorption in
following applications:
• Anti-Vibration Bearings of Air Compressors, Air conditioning machines, Pumps,
Fans, Generators, Cutting machines etc.
• Floating Bases for Industrial floors, Elevators, Typographic machines,
Test machines etc.
• Anti-vibration floating floor (from concrete or chipboard)

Existing longitudinal holes increase retraction and improve shock absorption. Available in three different hardnesses, so as to achieve optimal damping for different loads. For cases of exposure to sunlight, contact with oily liquids is the choice of Vibro-EP neoprene (Beige, Green, Yellow).

They can be used in layer overlaps with steel plate interpolation to reduce the natural frequency up to 4 Hz (Vibro-EP Complex).

Charts with the dynamic characteristics of each anti-vibration bearing are available as well as certificates of impact sound insulation from the NTUA. according to ISO 140.6 and ISO 717.2.

Dimensions

  • 50 x 25 x 2,5 cm
  • 12,5 x 12,5 x 2,5 cm
  • 6 x 6 x 2,5 cm

Guys

Special compound tire: Blue – Red – Grey

Neoprene: Green – Yellow – Beige

Place

Thanks to the high coefficient of friction, the Vibro-EP rubber anti-vibration bearing usually does not require fixing with screws, glue or plugs, except in special cases. It can be placed under the metal feet of the machines or under floating concrete inertia bases. Can be used in layers.
