COIL

• Copper pipes Ø3/8”, Ø1/2 and Ø5/8”.
• “V” type aluminum fins.
• Flap fins are designed with spaced aluminum fins 4, 6, 8 the 1
O mm, crimped into copper tubes.
• Copper head inlet and outlet pipe connections.
• Maximum working pressure 21 bar.
• Copper tubes with scaling.
• Coil circuits are designed for R404A refrigerants, R507C,
R22, Rl 34A, R449A, R407F,R410a .
• Different blade spacing can be optionally selected for 4mm to 12mm.
• Coolant distributor.

Case

• Electrostatic RAL powder paint 9016 galvanized steel
• Stainless steel and aluminum casing optional
• The side panels are removable.
• Hinged/folding drain tray is standard on ali models.
• Intermediate drainage container.

Fan

• Unit cooling option with various fan number/diameter combinations
offering the dimensional and air throw characteristics that are tailored
the size of the cold room.
• The selections should be confirmed by the Buzçelik Technical Specialist.
• Standard or low noise level available.
• Different types of motors are available as options (EC or AC)
• Motor protection IP54 insulation class F.
• Different kinds of accessories available as optional (Axicool Fans,
FlowGrid etc.)
• Working conditions -40”C/+50”C.

Defrosting

• Type B1 defrost system suitable for 0°C/+5°C cooling applications.
• Defrost heaters are applied to a heat exchanger coil
• Type B2 defrost system suitable for -34°C/O°C frozen room applications.
• Defrost heaters are applied to both the heat exchanger coil and the drain pan.
• Drain line heaters, fan shroud heaters, hol gas defrost system
and water defrost system are optional
• This installation allows homogeneous heat distribution for quick and efficient
defrosting.
• Water defrost option available (WD) for room temperature
equal to or greater than +4°C. In this case the depth of the unit's cooler increases
amount of depth.
– B1 (Factory): Light electric defrost
-B2 (Factory): Electric defrost (coil + drainage basin)
– HGD (factory) gas Hol (coil and drain pan)
– WD (Factory): Water defrosting

The nominal capacities of BUZZELIK , calculated according to Eurovent EN328 standards
related to conditions SC1-SC2-SC3-SC4 and applicable to R404A
